Account Executive- UK and Ireland
About This Role
Blockaid's technology already protects some of the biggest names in web3 — Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, Backpack, and Stellar — from fraud, scams, and malicious smart contract exploits. As we expand across the UK and Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how distributed ledger companies think about security, working directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders across the crypto ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle for prospective clients across the UK and Ireland blockchain and DeFi landscape
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at web3 startups, exchanges, and wallet providers
Translate complex blockchain security concepts into clear, compelling business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and shape the roadmap
Develop a deep understanding of smart contracts, on-chain threats, and emerging DeFi risk vectors to speak credibly with prospects
Consistently exceed quota while building a scalable, repeatable sales motion for the region
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or security sales, ideally with exposure to blockchain, crypto, or fintech markets
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical blockchain security topics
Self-starter mentality comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Genuine curiosity about distributed systems, decentralized finance, and the broader web3 ecosystem
Bonus Points
Existing network within the UK/Ireland crypto, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure space
Prior experience selling security, fraud prevention, or risk management solutions
Familiarity with smart contract architecture and common on-chain attack vectors
