This is a rare opportunity to take true end-to-end ownership of features that sit at the intersection of fintech and crypto infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and ship full-stack features spanning React frontends and Node.js/TypeScript backends that power Agora's stablecoin platform
Architect reliable APIs and backend infrastructure that support smart contract interactions and onchain settlement flows
Collaborate directly with product, design, finance, and external partners to scope MVPs and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback
Own systems from prototype to production, ensuring high uptime, clean code, and strong test coverage
Contribute to API design, authentication patterns, and documentation that make integrating with AUSD seamless for developers
Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to maintain rock-solid reliability
What We're Looking For
5+ years of fullstack engineering experience, including 3+ years with TypeScript/Node.js and React or a similar modern framework
Strong command of relational databases and SQL for building scalable, performant systems
A track record of shipping production-grade frontend and backend systems with minimal maintenance overhead
Sharp product instincts — you can execute from a Figma file but also challenge design decisions when needed
Experience engaging directly with external partners and customers on requirements, integrations, and feature iteration
An MVP-first mentality: scope tight, ship fast, learn, and refine
Deep familiarity with API design, versioning, and modern authentication approaches
Excellent communication skills suited to asynchronous, distributed team environments

Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startups where adaptability is essential
A portfolio of customer-facing products launched from scratch, not just internal tools
Background in performance tuning, latency optimization, and SLA management
