What You'll Be Doing
Architect robust security frameworks tailored to blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies
Conduct deep-dive assessments of decentralized applications, identifying vulnerabilities before they become liabilities
Partner with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into DeFi protocols and digital asset systems
Evaluate cloud infrastructure and application security postures supporting web3 products
Guide incident response and threat modeling specific to crypto and blockchain environments
Mentor cross-functional teams on best practices for securing smart contracts and distributed systems
What We're Looking For
A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience spanning cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, software engineering, or blockchain technology
Proven track record assessing and securing blockchain platforms, smart contracts, or distributed ledger infrastructure
Strong communication skills to translate complex security concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, analytical mindset suited to the fast-evolving crypto landscape
Ability to balance innovation with rigorous risk management in decentralized environments
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience auditing smart contract code across multiple blockchain protocols
Familiarity with digital asset custody solutions and DeFi security frameworks
Industry certifications in security architecture or blockchain-specific credentials
Contributions to open-source blockchain security tools or research
