What You'll Be Doing
Ship production-grade, rigorously tested code that handles real economic value for millions of users
Take full ownership of technical problems — from initial design through deployment and long-term operations
Collaborate closely with a lean, senior engineering team that moves quickly and holds high standards for code review
Contribute across Uniswap Labs' core products — the Web App, Wallet, Trading API, and Unichain, our DeFi-native Ethereum Layer 2
Help build and scale infrastructure that supports smart contracts, decentralized liquidity, and cross-chain interoperability
Work on-site with your team at our New York headquarters, embedded in a fast-paced crypto-native culture
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated excellence in your domain — scaled systems, shipped products, audited smart contracts, or infrastructure that just works
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability; we value problem-solving ability over specific tool proficiency
Authentic enthusiasm for blockchain, web3, and decentralized finance — prior crypto experience is welcomed but not mandatory
Willingness and ability to work from our NYC office full-time
Comfort owning ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution independently
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience building protocols, smart contracts, dev tooling, or integrations within the crypto ecosystem
Deep technical mastery in your chosen stack — we care about depth and craftsmanship over checklist-matching
A portfolio of open-source contributions, technical writing, or side projects that reveal how you think
