Ecosystem & Business Development
- Identify and launch partnerships with asset managers and ecosystem players
- Represent the company at events, panels, and conferences; be an evangelist for tokenized Real World Assets (RWAs)
- Develop co-marketing opportunities with partners to expand reach

Leadership Enablement
- Create and execute go-to-market strategy, support investor updates
- Act as a cross-functional partner to product, design, and engineering - translating market feedback into product insights

Growth & Marketing
- Build our brand narrative and thought leadership in financial services, FinTech, and DeFi
- Design lightweight growth funnels (from awareness → engagement → conversion)
- Own and experiment with early growth channels: content, social, events, newsletters, PR
- Prior experience in traditional finance, including investment banking, debt capital markets, or management consulting
- 5+ years of experience working as an operator in a growth, marketing, BD / partnerships role at a FinTech or DeFi startup
- Excellent communicator with a track record of writing, storytelling, or evangelism
- Entrepreneurial: you thrive designing go-to-market, measure outcomes, and strategic initiatives
- Network-oriented: you thrive on building relationships across FinTech, DeFi, and Capital Markets
