What You'll Be Doing
Map the partners with the biggest reach in your region across crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, and large media and influencer agencies.
Attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across your region, booking meetings in advance and closing partnerships on site.
Use your own network and local reputation to reach decision-makers directly, rather than relying on cold email responses.
Own the full deal cycle end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales.
Negotiate with founders and senior management, clearly demonstrating the value of partnering with GoMining for them and their audience.
When a partner declines, find out why and feed that feedback back to the team to sharpen the offer.
Grow signed partners through higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences.
Keep the CRM pipeline up to date, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip.
Share market insights with the team, including competitor offers, partner expectations and local payment specifics.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
An existing network in the region among affiliates, networks, operators and media — described as the main requirement.
A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk through.
Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
Readiness to travel frequently to conferences and meetings across your region.
A proactive, fast-paced, results- and money-driven mindset.
Fluent English.
Bonus Points
A regional language, such as Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm, Arabic for MENA, or Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese for Asia.
A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community.
A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic.
Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers.
Knowledge of payment specifics in your region.
