What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital asset and blockchain-powered product lines
Identify commercial opportunities across crypto custody, tokenization, and DeFi infrastructure
Partner with product, engineering, and smart contract development teams to align offerings with market demand
Build relationships with institutional clients exploring distributed ledger and Web3 solutions
Monitor regulatory and competitive shifts across the crypto and decentralized finance landscape
Translate complex blockchain concepts into compelling commercial narratives for stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, or market strategy within financial services
Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto markets, and emerging digital asset infrastructure
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenization frameworks, or distributed systems is highly valued
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex Web3 concepts
Experience working with institutional clients or enterprise financial technology
Self-starter mindset suited to a fast-paced, contract-based engagement

Direct experience with smart contracts, crypto custody, or digital asset trading platforms
Existing network within the blockchain, Web3, or fintech investment community
