What You'll Be Doing
Setting product direction for a broader capability set or strategic workstream within the Loans Enablement Platform.
Owning strategic backlog prioritization, balancing business objectives, user needs, delivery capacity, and regulatory considerations.
Defining product requirements at a strategic level, ensuring clarity of scope, intended outcomes, and execution priorities across complex initiatives.
Translating business strategy and market opportunities into roadmap direction, product priorities, and executable delivery outcomes.
Partnering with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and control functions to align priorities and drive decisions.
Evaluating product opportunities, investment choices, and platform enhancements through a commercial, strategic, and operational lens.
Driving the product lifecycle from discovery and definition through implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
Shaping business cases and strategic recommendations for platform investments, innovation opportunities, and product evolution.
Identifying opportunities to modernize and differentiate the platform through improved workflows, digital capabilities, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Using market intelligence, operational insight, and product data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
Ensuring product work aligns with governance, control, legal, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
Bringing thought leadership on innovation themes relevant to the platform, particularly across loans, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
12 or more years of experience.
Significant experience in product management, product leadership, platform delivery, or a related discipline.
Strong experience owning or shaping backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization in agile or iterative environments.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear product outcomes and delivery direction.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance business value, execution complexity, risk, and platform scalability.
Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills across senior business and technology audiences.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Bonus Points
Strong experience in financial services, preferably including loans, lending platforms, or related workflow transformation.
Familiarity with digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain, and emerging AI applications in financial services.
Experience driving platform modernization or product transformation in a regulated operating environment.
Understanding of governance, control, and regulatory considerations relevant to financial products and platforms.
Salary Range
USD 130,000 - 230,000 per year
