What You'll Be Doing
Architect and execute ecosystem growth strategies that expand adoption of our web3 infrastructure across new verticals
Build and nurture relationships with DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, and strategic partners to amplify reach
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with smart contract capabilities and platform roadmaps
Develop community-driven campaigns that onboard both crypto-native users and mainstream brands into our decentralized ecosystem
Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics, iterating quickly based on data from on-chain and off-chain channels
Represent the brand at industry events, deepening our footprint within the broader blockchain and web3 community
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, or ecosystem marketing roles, ideally within crypto or blockchain-adjacent industries
Strong understanding of web3 fundamentals, including smart contracts, decentralized applications, and DeFi mechanics
Proven ability to build relationships with protocols, founders, and strategic partners across the distributed systems landscape
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical blockchain concepts for non-technical audiences
Self-starter mentality thriving in fast-paced, scale-up environments
Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing growth funnels and on-chain metrics
Bonus Points
Existing network within DeFi, NFT, or blockchain infrastructure communities
Experience working with enterprise brands transitioning into web3
Familiarity with token economics and crypto-native community building
Background in B2B partnership development within tech or fintech
