We're looking for a sharp, organized Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate campaigns that bring distributed ledger innovation to mainstream audiences. What You'll Be Doing
Drive end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that simplify blockchain and smart contract technology for mass-market audiences
Coordinate cross-functional teams—design, content, growth, and product—to keep decentralized application launches on schedule
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent crypto and DeFi-adjacent marketing projects
Serve as the central communication hub between stakeholders, partners, and external agencies
Identify bottlenecks early and implement process improvements to accelerate campaign velocity
Track KPIs and report on marketing project outcomes tied to user acquisition and brand growth
What We're Looking For
3+ years of project management experience, ideally within tech, marketing, or crypto/web3 environments
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without dropping details
Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed, remote teams
Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, or decentralized technology concepts (or strong eagerness to learn fast)
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or Jira
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced scale-up environment
Bonus Points
Prior experience marketing consumer-facing crypto or blockchain products
Background working with major brand partnerships or enterprise clients
Understanding of smart contracts and how they translate into user-facing product experiences
Experience in a startup or hypergrowth tech company setting
