[Fintech] Settlement Associate (Mandarin Speaking, Shifting Required)
What You'll Be Doing
Monitor day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement reports in line with customers' deals.
Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Work with the Treasury team to perform daily reconciliations against banking details.
Ensure all confirmations are dispatched to internal and external parties in adherence to regulations and procedures.
Liaise with relevant parties to resolve confirmation and settlement issues.
Provide resolutions or seek assistance for problems related to FX or money operations, among others.
Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audit purposes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in settlement operations is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
Bonus Points
Crypto experience is a plus.
