About the Opportunity:
As the Core Operations Senior Manager, you will serve in a critical strategic operational role working alongside the COO leadership team.
As BTSE continues its rapid business expansion, senior operational leadership is scaling capacity by bringing in high-caliber talent to share the helm. In this role, you will function as an empowered operational proxy for the leadership team, stepping in to take genuine ownership of evolving business mandates and high-level operational priorities.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong commercial mindset, high agility, and executive-level problem-solving capability. You will bridge high-level strategy and operational realities, untangling complex cross-organizational challenges, driving high-stakes initiatives, and creating execution momentum across a fast-evolving global business.

\n- Strategic Operational Leadership: Act as a trusted extension of the operational leadership team, independently leading critical business workstreams, driving cross-organization alignment, and ensuring strategic mandates are realized on the ground.
- Dynamic Initiative Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact operational priorities and special initiatives as the business scales, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and structured execution.
- Cross-Organizational Orchestration: Drive alignment and accountability across diverse internal and external stakeholders, unblocking organizational bottlenecks and orchestrating smooth rollout of company-wide transitions.
- Operational Architecture & Scalability: Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve the company's operating models, designing robust mechanisms and governance structures that support sustainable business growth.
- Friction Removal & Problem Solving: Deep-dive into complex, ambiguous challenges across the organization to troubleshoot root causes, design pragmatic solutions, and bring clarity to execution.
- Experience: 6-10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff capacity, Management Consulting, or an Operations Leadership role-ideally within Fintech, Tech, Web3, or rapidly scaling global enterprises.
- Strategic Acumen & Execution Capability: Strong business sense to quickly understand strategic context and operational drivers, combined with the hands-on capacity to drive complex mandates from conception through completion.
- Autonomous Ownership & High Agency: A proven track record of operating with minimal hand-holding, thriving in ambiguous and dynamic environments, and taking full accountability for outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence & Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills; adept at aligning diverse stakeholders and representing leadership priorities effectively.
- Adaptable & Pragmatic Mindset: Comfort with evolving scopes and shifting priorities-ready to take on whatever operational challenge is most critical to the business at any given moment.
