Zerohash is a B2B embedded infrastructure platform that allows any platform to integrate digital assets into their own customer experience through API endpoints. It powers neo-banks, broker-dealers, and payment groups to offer digital asset trading and custody, crypto-backed rewards and round-up programs, and yield through staking, DeFi, and NFTs. What You'll Be Doing
Structure and design webpages that support the company's core business
Build enhancements to the user interface
Optimize web pages for speed and scalability
Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Maintain brand consistency throughout the design
Act as a thought leader and mentor, helping drive product excellence across the company
What We're Looking For
Deep understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment
Some back-end development knowledge
Strong design sensibility and attention to customer experience
Effective communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers to solve problems

Requirements
Requirements - 5+ years of experience, preferably in the fintech space - Professional experience in JavaScript - Deep proficiency in Typescript and React - Familiarity with backend programming in Go - Solid understanding of key design principles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset; you're resourceful and in your element going from 0 to 100. - Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently layout and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction. Preferred - Bachelors in computer science or equivalent experience. - Experience at a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service,payment-as-a-service business. - Experience with digital assets preferred, but not required
