What You'll Be Doing
Own the frontend experience for the user's agent end to end across mobile and web, including the conversational interface, the trading ideas experience, and the entry points that bring users into their agent from across the app
Build real-time, streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution, while keeping the agent's reasoning clear to users
Set frontend architecture and technical direction across agentic surfaces — streaming state, real-time market data, and conversational UX — and raise the bar through design reviews, standards, and mentorship
Shape the agent's behavior directly through prompt engineering, evaluations, and analysis of conversations
Partner with design, backend engineering, and the company's registered investment adviser to take features from concept to launch within regulatory guardrails
What We're Looking For
8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale
Expert-level mobile experience with React Native and native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development, plus proficiency in TypeScript and React
Demonstrated technical leadership of frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance improvements that measurably improved latency or reliability, while guiding other engineers
Experience building with LLMs in production, including agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces
A proven track record of driving projects from zero to production with minimal oversight, owning both product and technical decisions
A drive to continually improve productivity and code quality using current AI-driven coding practices
Bonus Points
Experience across both iOS and Android mobile platforms
Backend experience, preferably with Go
Familiarity with crypto, trading, or financial products
Salary Range
USD 218,025 - 256,500 per year
