Frontend Developer - Payments Fintech
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using ReactJS.
Implement and manage application state using Redux or Context API to ensure a responsive user experience.
Write unit tests and conduct functional testing to ensure code quality, along with browser testing and debugging to optimize performance across browsers.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn requirements and mockups into fully functional features.
Convert design files (e.g., Figma) accurately into responsive, interactive React components.
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for fast load times and smooth interactions.
Participate in code reviews, helping ensure adherence to best practices and standards in front-end development.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of frontend development experience at a product organization; B2B fintech experience is a significant positive.
5+ years of hands-on development experience with ReactJS and Scss/Sass.
Strong understanding of state management in React using Redux/Context API.
Experience writing unit tests and performing functional testing in React.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience converting design files (like Figma) into React components.
Knowledge of other modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
