About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of projects, capital, and ecosystems, directly shaping the future of Web3 deal flow. You'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, forging key partnerships, and driving revenue by connecting high-potential Web3 projects with the resources they need to scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential Web3 projects (DeFi, gaming, infra, and beyond) for various growth initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, syndicates, and angel networks to secure capital and advisory support for our projects.
Forge strategic alliances with chains, guilds, KOLs, and service providers to create a robust support network.
Stay abreast of market trends, tokenomics models, and fundraising developments to inform BD strategy.
Take full ownership of the deal flow, from initial contact to signed agreement.
Represent BuidlPad at industry events, AMAs, and across social platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Deliver measurable impact by increasing the quality of onboarded projects and expanding our investor network.
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of experience in business development, venture capital, crypto funds, or partnerships.
Solid understanding of fundraising mechanics (seed, private, IDO/IEO/launchpad structures).
An active network of VCs, angels, and project founders in Web3.
A natural connector with a passion for bringing founders and investors together.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and driven to contribute to ground-level growth.
