What You'll Be Doing
Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including preparing documents, tracking deadlines, and keeping records organized.
Help prepare project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to keep work flowing smoothly.
Support deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
Research AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
Help draft reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor and project coordination, or related roles.
Background or strong interest in Compliance systems is preferred.
Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and data-driven, comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
Efficient, responsible, and hardworking, with a willingness to support urgent tasks when needed.
Bonus Points
Experience in the crypto, fintech, or cross-border payments industry.
Certifications such as CAMS, CGSS, or Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS).
Exposure to blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
