What You'll Be Doing
Source and evaluate promising investment opportunities across blockchain, DeFi, and broader web3 verticals
Lead due diligence efforts, assessing tokenomics, protocol design, and market positioning of prospective portfolio companies
Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, and strategic partners across the decentralized ecosystem
Provide hands-on support to portfolio companies navigating growth, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy
Represent VC Stack at industry events, conferences, and within the broader crypto investment community
Contribute to internal investment theses and help refine our approach to emerging distributed systems
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup growth roles
Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized finance mechanics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess early-stage companies and emerging crypto markets
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills suited to a fast-moving, founder-facing role
Comfort operating in a hybrid environment with flexibility for in-person collaboration in Manhattan
Bonus Points
Prior experience investing directly in web3 startups or crypto-native funds
Existing network within the blockchain founder and investor community
Familiarity with DAO structures, token design, or protocol governance
Technical fluency in reading whitepapers or smart contract documentation
