Provide first-line (L1) technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and access issues.

Handle incoming IT requests: prioritize incidents, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support as needed.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding, along with basic troubleshooting across Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and SSO/IdP solutions.

Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco network equipment, including routers, switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.

Monitor network and IT service health using tools like Zabbix, Syslog, and SNMP, identifying and escalating potential issues.

Support development and maintenance of automation scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and API integrations between internal services.

Ensure timely resolution of L1 incidents, maintain service quality, and escalate complex network or infrastructure issues in line with established SLAs.

Maintain IT support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge-base articles.
