This is an equity-partner opportunity for a marketing leader who wants true ownership—not just a job, but a stake in building the future of decentralized fundraising. You'll join as a core team member, shaping go-to-market strategy, brand identity, and growth from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and own SendSol's marketing strategy, brand voice, and positioning across all channels
Design and execute go-to-market campaigns that introduce creators and backers to our distributed ledger-powered crowdfunding model
Build and nurture partnerships across the Solana and broader crypto ecosystem to drive adoption
Develop content strategy that educates audiences on blockchain-based crowdfunding and smart contract-powered trust
Lead community growth initiatives across social, Discord, and other web3-native platforms
Track performance metrics and iterate on campaigns to optimize user acquisition and retention
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or broader web3 industries
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and how decentralized platforms create value
Excellent storytelling and brand-building skills suited to a fast-moving startup environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes
Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships within crypto communities
Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote, equity-driven partnership
Bonus Points
Prior experience marketing Solana-based projects or other layer-1 ecosystems
Familiarity with crowdfunding, fintech, or creator economy platforms
Existing network of contacts within the DeFi or NFT space
Experience growing a brand from early stage to product-market fit
