"What You'll Be Doing"
What You'll Be Doing
Work across hybrid infrastructure, including both cloud providers and bare-metal servers — administering Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), resolving incidents, and troubleshooting issues.
Apply a solid understanding of the Linux stack, including working with files and scripts, security principles, account management, and access control.
Automate deployment and configuration through Infrastructure as Code, using Ansible, Helm, and Terraform.
Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
Set up and optimize monitoring and logging, using tools such as Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, the GrafanaLabs stack, and the ELK stack.
Design and implement architecture that supports High Availability (HA), scalability, and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / SRE engineer.
Advanced Linux administration and OS-level tuning skills.
Deep knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
Solid networking skills on Linux, including VPN solutions, proxies, and web servers.
Practical experience with the Prometheus Stack and Grafana for monitoring.
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
A strong grasp of core CI/CD tools, plus experience with secret management using Vault.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and hands-on experience configuring security policies in Kubernetes.
Bonus Points
Golang scripting experience.
Deep-dive knowledge of kernel-level optimization, from syscalls to network card tuning.
Experience operating High Availability / Low Latency solutions.
Background in building and operating Big Data and Data Analytics platforms.
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech, Banking, or Crypto sectors.
Proven track record working as an SRE.
DevSecOps experience, including vulnerability detection, enforcing security best practices such as Zero Trust and RBAC, secure code delivery, and experience with scanning tools like Trivy or Snyk.
