This is a unique opportunity to join a People Operations and Technology team that's reimagining HR through automation, AI, and smart systems design. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving organization operating at the intersection of blockchain intelligence, crypto compliance, and cutting-edge workplace technology—helping scale our people processes as fast as the industry we serve.
What You'll Be Doing
Own core employee lifecycle workflows in Workday—from hiring to internal moves to offboarding—while championing smarter, scalable HRIS processes
Act as the go-to resource for employee questions, delivering fast, accurate support through our ticketing platform
Safeguard data integrity across People systems through regular audits and proactive issue resolution
Spot opportunities to apply AI and automation to eliminate manual busywork, partnering with the team to bring these workflows to life
Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base that empowers employees to find answers quickly
Support global benefits administration and ensure compliance readiness, including SOC 2 and handbook maintenance
Create and refine SOPs, playbooks, and documentation that keep People operations running like a well-oiled machine
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, BizTech, Legal, and Security to resolve process and data challenges
What We're Looking For

Prior experience in People Operations, HR program management, or similar roles
Practical experience using AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools to streamline operations
