Product Manager - Tokenisation & Stablecoin Infrastructure

About This Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Tokenization & Stablecoin Infrastructure team to drive the products that let institutions issue, mint, redeem, custody, and move stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. You'll work closely with stablecoin issuers, asset managers, banks, and token foundations, as well as engineering, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams, to bring new issuers and assets onto BitGo's regulated infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for BitGo's tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure, including mint/burn and redemption flows, issuance workflows, reserve and settlement integrations, and tokenized asset lifecycle management.
Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and operations and compliance partners to build institutional-grade solutions.
Scope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end, including writing PRDs, defining order, fee, and settlement flows, aligning on custody and security models, and driving launch readiness.
Partner with stablecoin issuers, tokenized fund and asset managers, banks, and ecosystem and blockchain foundations to understand needs, shape partnerships, and turn them into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off builds.
Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory, security, and licensing requirements across jurisdictions.
Evaluate new chains, token standards, and market-structure developments (such as tokenized securities, tokenized deposits, and onchain settlement) and translate them into a clear point of view and prioritized opportunities.
Define and track success metrics such as issuer onboarding time, volumes, revenue, and reliability, iterating based on data and client feedback.
Work with GTM, sales, and client success teams on positioning, pricing, and client enablement, acting as a trusted product partner to key clients.
Mentor junior PMs and help raise the bar for product craft within the team.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, with a record of shipping B2B or institutional products.
Strong working knowledge of crypto and blockchain, including token standards and mechanics, multiple L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets and custody, and onchain settlement.
Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models, including issuance, mint/burn and redemption, reserves, fiat on/off-ramps, and how tokenized funds, securities, or deposits work.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for stablecoins and digital assets (such as the GENIUS Act, MiCA, and trust-bank or custody regulation), with the ability to work through it alongside legal and compliance partners.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating engineering, business, and external partners, and building consensus in ambiguous areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear PRDs and explain complex technical or regulatory topics to executives and clients.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple projects with different priorities and a hands-on approach to execution.
Prior startup or scale-up experience, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and sound judgment.
Bonus Points
Experience in traditional finance, capital markets, asset management, or banking infrastructure (custody, settlement, transfer agency).
Hands-on exposure to institutional tokenization networks or permissioned chains.
Technical background or comfort reading APIs, smart contracts, and architecture docs.
Experience with enterprise partnerships and client-facing product work.
