Product Communications Specialist
What You'll Be Doing
Help develop and execute global, integrated product communications, including go-to-market strategies and campaigns, aligned with Binance's broader product strategy and business objectives
Position Binance and its products as category leaders through media opportunities
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment between product messaging and campaign strategy and execution
Support and troubleshoot product-related issues, helping to contain, deescalate and resolve public and user concerns
What We're Looking For
5 years of experience in PR or communications; experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology is strongly preferred
Good understanding of consumer financial and trading products
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical products and concepts into media- and user-friendly narratives
A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders
