What You'll Be Doing
Craft intuitive, user-centric interfaces across web and mobile that bring our product vision to life
Simplify intricate DeFi mechanics into clean, approachable designs for everyday crypto users
Partner closely with engineers and product leads to ship features that bridge blockchain complexity with seamless UX
Own the design process end-to-end, from early concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready visuals
Contribute to a cohesive design system that scales across our growing suite of web3 products
Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data, staying ahead of trends in the crypto and decentralized app space
What We're Looking For
A strong portfolio showcasing product design work for consumer-facing web or mobile platforms
Proven ability to translate technical or blockchain-based concepts into accessible, elegant design solutions
Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent) and a sharp eye for visual detail
Experience designing within fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environments
Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working directly with engineering and product teams
Genuine curiosity about crypto, decentralized systems, and the future of digital finance
Bonus Points
Prior experience designing for DeFi platforms, crypto exchanges, or blockchain-native applications
Familiarity with the pump.fun ecosystem or similar crypto social platforms
Background in designing for smart contract-driven products or tokenized experiences
Active participation in web3 or crypto communities
