What You'll Be Doing
Lead security assessments of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and digital asset custody solutions
Partner cross-functionally with engineering teams to embed secure development practices into distributed systems and DeFi integrations
Identify, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities across tokenization platforms and crypto infrastructure
Develop threat models and risk frameworks specific to blockchain and decentralized technologies
Stay ahead of emerging attack vectors in the smart contract and web3 landscape
Advise leadership on security posture for blockchain-related initiatives and digital asset products
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in information security, with specific exposure to blockchain, crypto, or distributed ledger technologies
Strong understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities and secure coding practices
Familiarity with digital asset custody, tokenization, and DeFi protocol architecture
Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills in fast-evolving tech environments
Collaborative approach to working across security, engineering, and business teams
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience auditing smart contracts (Solidity or similar)
Familiarity with major blockchain networks and layer-2 scaling solutions
Industry certifications in security or blockchain technology
Prior experience in financial services or regulated crypto environments
