What You'll Be Doing
Architect and ship smart contracts powering settlement, FX conversion, and tokenized RWA flows
Build and harden core blockchain infrastructure for an institutional-grade distributed ledger network
Optimize protocol performance, security, and scalability for high-value, regulated transactions
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and banking partners to translate financial requirements into robust on-chain logic
Conduct rigorous code reviews, audits, and testing to ensure smart contract integrity
Contribute to technical architecture decisions shaping the future of decentralized settlement
What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on blockchain/web3 development
Deep expertise in smart contract development (Solidity or equivalent) and distributed systems design
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure
Proven track record shipping production-grade blockchain applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, startup-like environment
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with institutional finance, payments, or regulated financial infrastructure
Familiarity with cross-chain interoperability, FX settlement, or RWA tokenization
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol development
Background in security auditing or formal verification of smart contracts
