What You'll Be Doing
Architecting and building full-stack applications from the ground up using .NET, C#, and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
Designing scalable application architecture that can adapt to evolving business requirements, including potential integration with decentralized or blockchain-based systems
Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript code across the full stack
Collaborating directly with startup founders and engineering teams in fast-paced, async-friendly environments
Delivering production-ready features quickly after onboarding, with minimal ramp-up time
Communicating technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For
4+ years of commercial software development experience
3+ years hands-on with .NET and C#
3+ years of commercial experience with React or Angular
Strong expertise in TypeScript is essential
Deep understanding of application architecture and the ability to build systems from scratch
Advanced English communication skills for client calls and cross-functional collaboration
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working without micromanagement
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to blockchain, smart contracts, or DeFi platforms
Familiarity with crypto-native tools like Ethers.js, Wagmi, or Viem
Experience working within distributed, decentralized architectures
Background contributing to fast-scaling startup environments
