What You'll Be Doing
Architect and build full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js from the ground up
Design scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS with strong TypeScript foundations
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Collaborate directly with technical founders and stakeholders — no middle-layer management
Own architecture decisions and drive technical strategy for client projects
Rapidly onboard to new codebases and start shipping value within days, not weeks
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years React.js, 5+ years Node.js, 2+ years Next.js (or equivalent inverse ratio)
Proven expertise in AWS, TypeScript, and AI-assisted development workflows
Deep understanding of application architecture — you can build complex systems from scratch
Advanced English communication skills for client calls, technical discussions, and decision justification
Strong self-management — you thrive working remotely without micromanagement
Bonus Points
Experience with blockchain ecosystems — Ethereum, Solana, Ethers.js, Wagmi, or Viem
Background contributing to decentralized applications, crypto platforms, or smart contract integrations
Exposure to fast-paced startup environments and MVP-to-scale product cycles
Familiarity with Web3 wallet integrations or on-chain data handling
