What You'll Be Doing
Deliver top-tier technical support across hardware, software, and networking systems to keep our blockchain intelligence teams productive
Own employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every new hire gets set up for success from day one
Implement security best practices in partnership with our security team to protect sensitive crypto-industry data
Build and refine automation workflows that streamline recurring support requests and operational tasks
Craft and optimize internal processes and documentation that scale with our growing global footprint
Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with business partners across Israel and our broader global operations
What We're Looking For
Hands-on expertise across core IT platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, Atlassian, Microsoft, and Okta
Familiarity with networking (Meraki), AV tools (Logitech, Google Meet), and hardware troubleshooting across Apple and Windows ecosystems
Proven experience in a similar operations or IT support role, ideally within a technology or distributed systems company
A track record of supporting diverse, cross-departmental teams with patience and professionalism
Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating within distributed support teams across multiple office locations
Bonus Points
Exposure to FinTech, crypto, or decentralized finance (DeFi) environments
Experience supporting globally distributed, remote-first organizations
Familiarity with blockchain or smart contract-adjacent business operations
