Senior UI/UX Designer
About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the UI/UX design for a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial concepts into user-friendly interfaces, directly impacting how users interact with their digital assets.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web cryptocurrency products.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented accurately.
Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistent product experiences.
Participate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Utilize data and user feedback to drive UI/UX improvements and optimize user journeys.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX thinking applied to mobile and web products.
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodology.
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
