About This Role
This isn't a typical pre-sales role. You'll architect bespoke, technically sound solutions that help governments, enterprises, and financial institutions make sense of blockchain and crypto ecosystems. You'll translate ambitious business goals into actionable technical roadmaps, becoming the trusted voice that turns complex Web3 concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead technical discovery and solution design alongside the Sales team to secure strategic wins
Architect tailored deployment and integration plans for Chainalysis' blockchain analytics products
Translate intricate technical requirements into actionable specs for Product and Engineering teams
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that showcase real-world blockchain and crypto use cases
Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector and enterprise clients navigating decentralized finance (DeFi) risk and compliance
Expand Chainalysis' footprint across government and law enforcement sectors through technical enablement and partner support
What We're Looking For
Proven experience designing custom deployment solutions for SaaS or enterprise software platforms
Strong technical foundation across REST APIs, SQL databases, and containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker)
Hands-on familiarity with cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and distributed systems
Working knowledge of cloud-native security principles and blockchain infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to simplify complex technical topics
A curious, generalist mindset eager to keep learning in a fast-evolving crypto landscape
Bonus Points
Active security clearance
Experience working with Law Enforcement, Defense, or Civilian government clients
Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL
Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
