Technical Support Engineer - Student Position
About This Role
Blockaid is looking for a student to join its Support team as a Junior Technical Support Engineer. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience with blockchain security products while still studying, with the potential to grow into a full-time role after graduation. No prior professional experience is required — what matters most is curiosity, sharpness, and the ability to learn fast and think systematically.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide front-line technical support for Blockaid applications, learning to diagnose and resolve real customer issues
Gain hands-on exposure to system performance, API integrations, and Web3 security concepts
Monitor system performance metrics, API health, and security incident alerts
Help maintain and improve playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams, learning the product directly from the people who build it
Take on growing responsibility as you develop subject matter expertise
What We're Looking For
Currently studying toward a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field
Roughly 1–1.5 years remaining in your studies, giving enough runway to grow into the role and ideally transition to full-time after graduation
Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly, follow through on customer inquiries, and know when to escalate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
Curiosity about or enthusiasm for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 - a strong advantage, though not required
