About This Role
This role is crucial for ensuring global design consistency, driving our rebranding efforts, and delivering seamless user experiences across various web and mobile products. You will play a key part in bringing our new brand vision to life and crafting engaging user journeys for diverse international markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to build, refine, and upgrade product design for a global audience.
Ensure design decisions align with Gate.com’s evolving brand strategy and product vision.
Audit existing user journeys and propose improvements for clarity, efficiency, and engagement.
Collaborate with product and research teams to solve pain points in onboarding, trading, and Web3 product navigation.
Adapt design solutions for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accessibility.
Maintain consistent brand and user experience across languages, regions, and platforms.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX assets.
Contribute to campaign designs, landing pages, and global marketing initiatives.
Conduct usability testing and analyze metrics to refine designs post-launch.
Stay up to date with design trends in fintech, crypto, and global digital experiences.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fintech, crypto, or global tech platforms.
Proven portfolio showcasing rebranding projects and end-to-end user journey improvements.
Proficiency with Figma and industry-standard design tools.
Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile app design best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
Ability to balance global brand consistency with local cultural nuances.
Excellent communication skills.
