What You'll Be Doing
Translate the organization's digital asset custody expansion strategy into clear, actionable execution roadmaps for new regions
Own end-to-end launch timelines, ensuring every market entry is seamless and well-coordinated
Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, compliance, and risk teams to guarantee regional readiness for blockchain-based custody services
Act as a key liaison between product, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to navigate jurisdiction-specific crypto requirements
Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks that could delay the rollout of decentralized asset custody solutions
Provide product leadership that balances innovation with institutional-grade security and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management, ideally within crypto, blockchain, DeFi, or digital asset custody environments
Strong understanding of smart contracts, distributed systems, and institutional crypto infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across global regions
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technology, risk, and compliance teams around a shared vision
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital assets across multiple jurisdictions
A self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving web3 landscape

Experience launching blockchain or crypto products in regulated financial institutions
Knowledge of custody solutions for tokenized assets, stablecoins, or DeFi protocols
