What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute the product vision for digital asset and distributed ledger offerings, aligning blockchain capabilities with institutional client needs
Partner with engineering, compliance, and risk teams to bring smart contract-enabled products and tokenized asset services to market
Translate complex crypto and DeFi market trends into actionable product requirements and competitive differentiation
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, legal, and operations stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of decentralized finance solutions
Represent BNY's digital asset strategy in client discussions, industry forums, and internal leadership briefings
Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks around blockchain and crypto custody to keep product offerings compliant and future-proof
What We're Looking For
Proven product management experience within financial services, fintech, or blockchain-focused organizations
Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, digital asset custody, and emerging crypto market infrastructure
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical blockchain concepts into commercial product strategy
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
Experience operating in regulated environments with an understanding of compliance considerations in digital assets
