This is a rare opportunity to build the data and AI backbone of a platform operating at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto markets. As part of Project Iris, our flagship AI initiative, you'll architect systems that process massive volumes of trading data in real time — directly influencing execution analytics that set us apart from competitors. What You'll Be Doing
Design and build scalable data pipelines supporting trading across FX, Equities, and crypto asset classes
Develop and deploy AI/ML models that power execution analytics and smart trading decisions
Collaborate with quants and engineers to integrate blockchain-based data sources and decentralized market feeds
Build real-time monitoring systems for high-volume, low-latency distributed trading infrastructure
Contribute to Project Iris, our internal AI engine, enhancing its intelligence and automation capabilities
Partner cross-functionally to translate complex market data into actionable, production-ready systems
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in data engineering, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data pipeline tools
Hands-on background in machine learning or AI model deployment within production environments
Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or crypto/blockchain ecosystems
Comfort working with high-throughput, real-time data at scale
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team
Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving ambiguous, high-impact problems
Bonus Points
Experience with smart contracts, Web3 APIs, or on-chain data analysis
Exposure to DeFi protocols or decentralized exchange infrastructure
Background in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading systems
Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
