What You'll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day financial operations supporting a platform that settles billions in daily volume across FX, equities, and cryptocurrency markets
Build and refine financial controls, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models tailored to the fast-paced crypto and web3 trading environment
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and trading teams to ensure financial accuracy across complex, blockchain-adjacent transaction flows
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and liquidity planning in a business where smart contracts and digital asset settlement intersect with traditional finance
Prepare and present financial insights to leadership, helping shape strategic decisions as the company expands its footprint in decentralized finance
Ensure regulatory and audit readiness in a space where crypto compliance standards are constantly evolving
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar, ideally within fintech, trading, or blockchain/web3-adjacent businesses
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge
Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments — crypto, FX, or capital markets experience is a strong plus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, hybrid environment alongside engineers, traders, and product teams
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with senior leadership
Bonus Points
Direct exposure to cryptocurrency, DeFi, or digital asset accounting and reporting
Understanding of how smart contracts and distributed systems influence settlement and reconciliation processes
Experience working within an OTC trading platform or liquidity provider network
