What You'll Do
- Follow up on leads from company channels, partners, industry events, and social media, and convert them into business outcomes
- Develop and serve VIP and institutional clients, including quant trading teams, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, building long-term trust relationships
- Track clients' trading activity, engagement, and evolving needs, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Plan and execute client events, then organize and follow up on the leads they generate
- Research macro trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, and turn them into insights that support business development
- Apply AI tools across the sales process, including client research, lead generation, outreach drafting, data analysis, and reporting, and proactively explore AI automation to improve personal and team productivity
What We're Looking For
- Foundational understanding of financial markets, with a strong interest in crypto, quantitative trading, or asset management
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Proficient with AI tools; programming skills or vibe-coding experience a plus
- Responsible, driven, and optimistic, with a habit of following through, pursuing excellence, learning quickly from feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in content creation, community operations, or student organizations is a plus
