What You'll Be Doing
Architect and optimize blockchain infrastructure spanning Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks
Build and refine smart contracts within EVM-compatible environments
Develop agentic systems and backend logic using Rust, Go, and Python
Implement and audit Solidity-based contracts for security and efficiency
Research and apply cryptographic primitives, including zero-knowledge proof systems
Collaborate cross-functionally on transaction processing, rollups, and consensus mechanism design
What We're Looking For
Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals — consensus algorithms, distributed systems theory, and Layer 1/Layer 2 scaling solutions
Proven development experience in Rust or Go, with working fluency in Python and Solidity
Strong understanding of smart contract design, EVM architecture, and rollup technology
Familiarity with cryptographic concepts and zero-knowledge proof frameworks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite engineering environment
Strong problem-solving mindset suited to decentralized, trustless system design
Bonus Points
Experience contributing to open-source blockchain or DeFi protocols
Exposure to cross-chain bridges, rollup frameworks, or modular blockchain stacks
Background in applied cryptography or academic research in distributed systems
