What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and deploy smart contracts that solve real business problems across diverse industry verticals
Architect and configure blockchain environments and infrastructure to support secure, scalable decentralized applications
Establish best practices and technical standards for enterprise blockchain adoption and smart contract implementation
Collaborate directly with clients during presales discussions and technical workshops, translating complex blockchain concepts into business value
Build reusable blockchain frameworks and accelerators that speed up future DeFi and distributed ledger projects
Share your expertise through technical blogs and whitepapers that position our team as thought leaders in the crypto and web3 space
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying smart contracts on major blockchain platforms
Strong understanding of distributed ledger architecture, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems design
Comfort working across the full blockchain development lifecycle—from environment setup to production deployment
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients during presales and workshop sessions
A builder's mindset with the ability to create reusable frameworks and scalable solutions
Passion for writing and contributing to technical content like blogs and whitepapers
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or cross-chain interoperability
Familiarity with multiple blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, etc.)
Contributions to open-source web3 projects or published blockchain research
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in enterprise blockchain implementations
