What You'll Be Doing
Design and build robust backend services using Java/Spring, Node.js, or similar enterprise frameworks to support blockchain-powered applications
Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts that integrate seamlessly with on-chain and off-chain systems
Architect blockchain protocol integrations that connect decentralized networks with existing enterprise infrastructure
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and DevOps teams to ship reliable, scalable web3 features
Optimize backend performance and ensure secure handling of crypto transactions and decentralized data flows
Stay ahead of emerging blockchain trends, bringing fresh ideas on DeFi, tokenization, and distributed ledger innovation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a strong plus)
8+ years of overall software engineering experience with deep backend development expertise
2-4 years hands-on experience building Web3 applications, smart contracts, and blockchain protocol integrations
3-5 years working with Java/Spring, Node.js, or comparable enterprise-grade frameworks
Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts across teams
Bonus Points
Experience with Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or NFT ecosystems
Exposure to Layer 2 scaling solutions or cross-chain interoperability
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
