What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain resilient, high-availability infrastructure supporting blockchain nodes and distributed trading systems
Automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for smart contract environments and web3 services
Monitor and optimize system performance across global, multi-region crypto infrastructure
Collaborate with blockchain engineers to streamline DeFi platform deployments and upgrades
Implement robust security protocols safeguarding digital asset transactions and user funds
Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues in mission-critical, high-throughput environments
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally within fintech or crypto
Strong proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools
Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at scale
Solid scripting abilities (Python, Bash, Go) for automation and tooling
Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, or distributed ledger principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, remote-first teams
Bonus Points
Direct experience supporting blockchain node infrastructure or crypto exchange platforms
Familiarity with smart contract deployment workflows and web3 toolchains
Exposure to DeFi protocols, trading engines, or high-frequency transaction systems
Contributions to open-source blockchain or infrastructure projects
