As a Compliance Analyst specializing in KYB, you'll sit at the intersection of regulatory rigor and decentralized finance innovation. What You'll Be Doing
Conduct thorough due diligence and verification checks on corporate entities seeking access to our blockchain-powered exchange
Analyze business ownership structures, beneficial ownership, and source-of-funds documentation within crypto and traditional finance contexts
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, risk, and operations teams to refine KYB policies aligned with evolving global regulations
Identify red flags and escalate potential risks related to money laundering, fraud, or sanctions exposure in DeFi-adjacent business relationships
Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory reporting
Stay current on evolving AML/CFT regulations impacting blockchain and smart contract-based financial products
What We're Looking For
1-3+ years of experience in compliance, KYB/KYC, AML, or financial crime prevention—ideally within fintech, banking, or crypto
Strong understanding of corporate structures, beneficial ownership tracing, and business verification methodologies
Familiarity with blockchain technology, digital assets, and the broader web3 ecosystem
Excellent analytical skills with sharp attention to detail when reviewing complex documentation
Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-border stakeholder collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
Bonus Points
Prior experience conducting compliance reviews specifically for crypto exchanges or DeFi platforms
Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent AML/compliance credentials
Exposure to smart contract auditing workflows or decentralized protocol risk assessment
