Integration Engineer
About This Role
This exciting role focuses on integrating and synchronizing advancements across all facets of the Solana ecosystem, from core protocol clients to infrastructure providers. You'll be instrumental in ensuring stable, performant releases and pushing the boundaries of blockchain speed.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the strategy for assuring robust releases across various Solana clients and infrastructure.
Coordinate technical collaborations among diverse organizations, including bare metal providers, core developers, validators, RPCs, and application developers.
Perform a combination of infrastructure engineering, DevOps, test management, and performance testing to ensure stable and performant releases.
Build libraries and tools to assist teams across the stack in identifying and resolving issues.
Design and implement simulation clusters, fuzzers, and comprehensive test suites.
Optimize performance to ensure Solana remains the fastest state machine for data syncing globally.
What We're Looking For
Strong coding background and experience guiding technical collaborations across groups, preferably proficient in Rust and C.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, especially in developer platforms like GitHub.
Knowledge of network testing frameworks and methodologies.
High degree of autonomy and ability to lead projects with minimal guidance.
Bonus Points
Contributions to the Solana network, core protocol, or application ecosystem.
Passion for realizing the possibilities of international open markets that Solana can provide.
Some experience at the application level and meeting customer needs.
