What You'll Be Doing
Architect and scale ClickHouse infrastructure to handle massive, high-frequency trading datasets across crypto, FX, and equities markets
Design low-latency data pipelines that support smart contract-driven settlement and real-time risk analytics
Optimize query performance for distributed ledger-scale data volumes without sacrificing reliability
Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and quant teams to deliver insights that drive decentralized liquidity strategies
Establish best practices for schema design, replication, and sharding across a rapidly growing data footprint
Mentor engineers on performance tuning and distributed systems architecture
What We're Looking For
Deep, hands-on expertise with ClickHouse in high-throughput, production environments
Proven track record architecting data systems for blockchain, crypto, or traditional trading platforms
Strong grasp of distributed systems design, including replication, sharding, and failover
Experience working with real-time market data, smart contracts, or DeFi infrastructure a strong plus
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, trading, and liquidity teams
Comfort operating in a lean, senior-heavy team where ownership and autonomy are expected
Bonus Points
Experience with crypto exchange infrastructure or Web3 trading protocols
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) settlement mechanisms
Background contributing to open-source distributed database projects
Prior exposure to OTC trading platforms or liquidity provider networks
