About This Role
This isn't your typical frontend gig. You'll be architecting interfaces for a distributed ledger-adjacent trading ecosystem that connects 40 of the globe's top liquidity providers, where performance isn't a nice-to-have — it's the product. What You'll Be Doing
Lead frontend architecture decisions for ultra-low-latency trading interfaces spanning FX, equities, and crypto asset classes
Build and scale real-time data visualization systems capable of handling massive concurrent trading volumes
Collaborate closely with backend and infrastructure engineers to ensure seamless integration with smart contracts and settlement systems
Mentor and guide a small, senior engineering team embedded in high-frequency trading culture
Own critical performance optimization work where every dropped frame or delayed render has real financial consequences
Drive technical strategy for frontend systems supporting next-gen DeFi and institutional crypto trading workflows
What We're Looking For
6+ years of frontend engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in high-performance, data-intensive applications
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and real-time rendering optimization
Prior exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or blockchain-based platforms
Strong instincts for building resilient UIs that perform flawlessly under extreme throughput
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating within a lean, senior, high-autonomy team
A builder's mentality — you want ownership, not just tickets
Bonus Points
Experience working with decentralized exchanges, crypto trading platforms, or Web3 wallet integrations
Familiarity with smart contract interaction layers or blockchain data feeds
