4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
Deep understanding and passion for decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency. You're not just a user; you're an evangelist.
Experience in financial services, trading platforms, or exchanges is highly preferred. You understand the nuances of derivatives, liquidity, and market risk.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You can break down complex problems into manageable components and derive actionable insights from data.
Strong strategic thinker who can articulate a clear product vision and translate it into a detailed roadmap.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives and the broader community.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment. You embrace change and thrive on challenges.
Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. You don't wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and drive them forward.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration). Master's degree or MBA is a bonus.

Familiarity with Solidity, smart contracts, and decentralized governance.
