About This Role
Join our Security & Information team at a pivotal moment in the growth of distributed ledger technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex security challenges across cloud, SaaS, and blockchain-adjacent infrastructure, while mentoring others and shaping how we detect, respond to, and prevent attacks at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the lead escalation point for critical security incidents, driving deep-dive DFIR investigations and threat hunting across our distributed systems
Own SecOps initiatives end-to-end — from design through implementation and long-term maintenance
Mentor and guide a team of security operations specialists in a high-velocity environment
Explore ways to leverage security telemetry and automation to strengthen triage and incident response
Partner cross-functionally to build and refine agentic workflows that power automated security operations
Coordinate containment, investigation, and remediation efforts with stakeholders across the business
Conduct hands-on forensic analysis, cloud investigations, and root-cause reviews
Produce clear incident reports for leadership, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Incident Response or a Cyber Security Operations Center, managing and escalating security incidents in-house or outsourced
Proven experience running the full incident lifecycle within a global, always-on production environment
Track record of building runbooks for common and critical incident scenarios
Strong coding and scripting skills (Python, Bash) with experience automating security processes
Deep knowledge of attack and mitigation techniques across cloud and SaaS ecosystems
Solid grasp of security controls across at least two operating systems, including host-based forensics
A collaborative communicator with a growth mindset and sharp problem-solving instincts
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Familiarity with LLM architectures and practical experience applying them to security operations
Experience securing smart contracts or decentralized infrastructure
Exposure to DeFi platforms or crypto-native threat landscapes
