About This Role
As a cornerstone of our Security & Information team, you'll safeguard the platform that enables global banks, fintechs, and crypto-native companies to confidently manage digital assets. You'll operate at the intersection of cybersecurity and blockchain infrastructure, tackling sophisticated threats while building scalable, automated defenses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the senior escalation point for critical security alerts, leading deep-dive DFIR investigations and threat hunting across our decentralized infrastructure
Drive SecOps initiatives from concept through execution, strengthening the security posture protecting smart contracts, wallets, and transaction flows
Mentor and technically guide a team of security operations specialists in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
Research and implement security telemetry solutions to enhance automated triage and incident response across cloud and SaaS environments
Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine agentic workflows that power next-generation automated security operations
Lead forensic investigations, cloud log analysis, and root-cause assessments, translating findings into actionable reports for leadership
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Incident Response or a Cyber Security Operations Center, managing escalations and incident documentation in global, always-on environments
Proven experience coordinating cross-team incident response and developing runbooks for recurring threat scenarios
Strong coding and scripting skills (Python, Bash) with a track record of building automation for security operations
Demonstrated expertise in attack and mitigation strategies within cloud-native and SaaS ecosystems
Deep knowledge of security controls across Windows and Linux/Unix systems, including host-based forensics and OS artifact analysis
Sharp analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with LLM architectures and their practical application in security automation
Familiarity with macOS forensics and multi-platform investigation techniques
Background working within crypto, DeFi, or web3 security contexts
